Top Summary Cards
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Invoiced | Sum of all finalized invoice amounts this month |
| Amount Received | Payments recorded against invoices this month |
| Outstanding | Total unpaid invoice value (all time, overdue included) |
| Overdue | Invoices past their due date with no full payment |
Click any card to drill into the filtered invoice list.
Sales Chart
The bar chart shows your invoiced amounts day-by-day or month-by-month for the selected period. Use the toggle (This Month / Last 3 Months / This Year) to change the view.
Recent Invoices
The last 5–10 invoices you created appear here with their status badges:
- 🟡 Draft — Not yet finalized
- 🟠 Unpaid — Finalized, payment pending
- 🔴 Overdue — Past due date
- 🟢 Paid — Fully paid
- 🔵 Partially Paid — Some payment received
Click any invoice to open it.
Top Customers
Shows your highest-billed customers this month by total invoice value. Click a customer name to view their full invoice history.
AI Insights (Pro / Business)
