Download Invoice as PDF

BillYantra generates professional, GST-compliant PDF invoices that you can download and share with customers.

Steps to Download a PDF

1. Go to Sales → Invoices and open the invoice you want to download.
2. Ensure the invoice is Finalized (draft invoices cannot be downloaded as official PDFs).
3. Click the Download PDF button in the top-right action bar, or click Actions → Download PDF.
4. The PDF will be generated and downloaded to your device automatically.

PDF Contents

Your invoice PDF includes:

• Your company logo, name, address, and GSTIN
• Customer name, GSTIN, billing and shipping addresses
• Invoice number, date, due date, and place of supply
• Itemised line items with HSN/SAC codes, quantity, rate, and GST breakdown
• Tax summary showing CGST, SGST (or IGST) amounts
• Total amount in figures and words (e.g., "Rupees Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Only")
• Payment terms and bank details
• Terms & Conditions
• Authorised signatory

Customising the PDF

To change the PDF template or colours, go to Settings → Invoice Template. BillYantra offers multiple pre-designed templates.

Note: PDF generation happens in the background. For large invoices or if the server is busy, it may take a few seconds. Refresh the page if the download does not start immediately.
